We identify fit, make the introduction, get both sides in a room, and step off before price.

What we do not do

We are not anyone’s agent. We are paid only by the contractor or design firm we introduce.

    Confidentiality before names, scopes, or commercial detail.

    Intro agreement + Exhibit A

    Then a written introduction agreement, with Exhibit A, before anyone is in the room.
